Please read the terms and conditions (the “Terms of Service”) set forth below as they apply to your access and use of our services, including our various websites, APIs, email notifications, applications, buttons, and widgets and/or purchasing a Product from us (each a “Service” and collectively “Services”), and any information, text, graphics, photos, or other materials uploaded, downloaded, or appearing on the Services (collectively referred to as “Content”). Your access to and use of the Services signifies your acceptance of these Terms of Service and agreement to be bound by them and any and all other applicable terms referenced herein absolutely.
By accessing and/or using the Services, you represent that you are 18 years old or above and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
If you do not accept these Terms of Service, please discontinue use of the Services immediately.
In these Terms of Service, “Product” means any goods listed on our site that you can submit an order for through our site or subscribe through WhatsApp.

These Terms of Service refer to the additional terms in our privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”), which also apply to your use of our Services.
Our Privacy Policy sets out the terms on which we process any personal data we collect from you or that you provide to us. By using our Services, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate. You understand that through your use of the Services you consent to the collection and use (as set forth in the Privacy Policy) of this information, including the transfer of this information both within and outside of UAE for storage, processing, and use by us.
As part of providing you with the Services, we may need to provide you with certain communications, such as service announcements and administrative messages. These communications are considered part of the Services and your Cookit Catering Services LLC account and which you may not be able to opt out from receiving.

The Services are provided and operated by Cookit Catering Services LLC. We retain the right to create limits on use and storage at our sole discretion at any time and without prior notice to you.
Changes to Terms and Services
We may amend these Terms of Service at our sole discretion without notice or liability to you. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. By continuing to use the Services, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
Our Services are always evolving, and the form and nature of Services may change without notice. We may suspend or discontinue any Services or features at any time, and you may not receive prior notice.
Accessing Our Services
We do not guarantee continuous availability of our Services. Access may be temporarily suspended or discontinued. You are responsible for making necessary arrangements to access our Services and ensuring others using your internet connection comply with these Terms.
Formation of Contract
Submitting an order via our website or WhatsApp constitutes an offer by you to purchase Products from Cookit Catering Services LLC. Orders are confirmed once accepted and shipped by us. Payment processing alone does not constitute acceptance of your order.
Change and Cancellation Policy
To cancel or change an order, contact us at least 48 hours in advance of the weekly cut-off. A AED 250 admin fee will be charged for cancelled orders. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Contact: you@cookit.xyz or call +971-52-319-0991.
Product Information, Price & Payment
While we aim to provide accurate product details, images and prices may occasionally differ. We reserve the right to cancel orders with incorrect pricing. All prices are in AED and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal. By placing an order, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.
Promotions & Vouchers
Promotions and vouchers offered by Cookit Catering Services LLC are subject to separate terms. Vouchers are single-use, non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be combined unless stated otherwise.
Refusal of Order
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. If payment has already been made, a refund will be issued in accordance with our refund policy.
Delivery
Standard delivery is free unless otherwise noted. We will aim to deliver on time but cannot guarantee punctuality. We may contact you for alternate delivery arrangements if needed.
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns unless required by law. Refunds will be made through the original payment method. Report issues (e.g., wrong or missing items) on the same day of delivery to be eligible for a refund.
Your Licence to Use the Services
You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use our Services solely as permitted under these Terms of Service.
Intellectual Property
All content and intellectual property associated with the Services belong to Cookit Catering Services LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute our materials without written consent.
Feedback provided by you may be used by us freely without compensation.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
The Services are provided “as is.” Cookit Catering Services LLC disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for damages resulting from your use of the Services beyond AED 1,000.
Copyright Policy
If you believe your copyrighted work is being infringed, notify us with the required information listed in the original document.
Prohibited Conduct
You must not misuse our Services, including by introducing viruses, breaching security, or scraping content. Violations may be reported to authorities and result in immediate termination of your access.
Third-Party Links
We are not responsible for content on external sites linked through our Services. Any links do not imply endorsement.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Cookit Catering Services LLC for all losses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Severability & Waiver
If any term is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. No delay or failure to act is a waiver of rights.
Termination
You may stop using our Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion, especially if Terms are violated.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by UAE law. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
Languages
In case of inconsistency between versions, the English version prevails.
Disclaimers
We may run special promotions or change prices/menus without notice. Weight loss results are not guaranteed and vary by individual.
